Elius earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University (USA) and a Master of Arts from Biola University (USA). He has served in the Business Development role at PT Argha Karya Prima Industry Tbk (Indonesia) since 2017.

In the July 2024 edition, he speaks to ORIENTATE about the current state of the Indonesian flexible packaging industry and the company’s strategy for continued growth within it, leveraging the challenges and opportunities presented by factors such as global oversupply and sustainability demands.
