Internal strength: recent advances in pressure pipe

Utilities such as gas and water – as well as fluids in industries such as offshore – must be transported quickly and safely, which often necessitates the use of pressure pipe. However, some emerging industries are also turning to pressure pipe for critical applications. Recent pressure pipe developments include a geothermal project, a system that transfers carbon dioxide, a data centre cooling system and several replacements for iron pipework.
